1. Sign up and write your full name/original
2. Write down your Real B-Day. (this is not a joke so it must be all real😁)
3. Are you a Filipino Citizen? Oh, it should be Yes.
4. Fill up your address (as indicated in your valid Gov't ID)
5. Where your income/money come from? Put check mark the Salary if you are employed, family member/Personal Savings or others if not
6. Now take a selfie, hold your ID close to your face and click take a selfie
7. Done and proceed with ID verification.
